Careers Team
The Careers Team at Mildura Senior College is available to students in Year 11 and Year 12 for general careers advice, information and appointments relating to post secondary study and training.

- Coordinates all VET in Schools programs, including programs offered through Deakin Trade Training Centre, Sunraysia Institute of TAFE and Riverside trade Training Centre
- Coordinates School-based Apprenticeships and Traineeships (SBAT) program
- Provides transition interviews with students and parents from junior colleges as needed
- Assists students with subject selection

- Provides up-to-date information about career pathways
- Provides career and tertiary counseling – including assistance with course selections for Victoria, South Australia and other states, Victorian Tertiary Special Entry Access Applications and Victorian Tertiary Scholarship applications, plus Early Offer and Portfolio and Principal Recommendation applications
- Co-ordinates the Pathways Program designed for students to explore pathways and develop their personal individual pathway plan
- Provides career Interviews for students and parents, where pathway options are explored
- Provides transition interviews with students and parents from junior colleges, as needed
