Course Description

Before undertaking these units (Year 2) students must undertake the pre-requisite units from Certificate II in Cookery (Year 1).
This nationally recognised qualification introduces secondary school students to the dynamic world of hospitality. The course provides foundational skills in customer service, food and beverage operations, workplace safety, and communication. Through a mix of theory and hands-on experience, students are prepared for entry-level roles in restaurants, cafés, hotels, and catering environments.
